Ingredients

  • 3 large baking apples, peeled,
    cored and sliced
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/3 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter

Tools

  • Various measuring cups and spoons
  • Small casserole dish
  • Small mixing bowl

Directions

  • Prepare apples by peeling, coring and slicing.
  • Place in bottom of a small casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
  • In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Mix together until crumbly.
  • You can use your hands to break up clumps.
  •  Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.

  • 4 Large firm Bananas, peeled and cut in half
  • 8 Popsicle sticks
  • Dark melting chocolate
  • Crushed nuts

Tools

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring spoons and cups
  • Bread pan
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Directions

  • Put everything in a bowl.
  • Gently mix it all together until just combined.
  • Bake for one hour.
  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

  • 4 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • lite Cool Whip

  • Medium Bowl
  • Measuring Cup
  • 4 tall clear glasses

  • Put everything in a bowl.
  • Layer 4 clear glasses with 1/3 yogurt and alternating layers with fruit and granola.
  • Top with a scoop of lite cool whip.
